What is the PCM® Personality Assessment?
The PCM® Assessment isn’t just another personality test. It’s a comprehensive, research-based tool that identifies each person’s unique personality structure, offering insights into how you perceive the world, engage with others, and react to stress. It might be the only assessment that identifies nuanced adaptions in each personality, rather than a static “type.”
Be aware of your personality
Understanding your preferences means knowing what you need to be in a good place. It will help you to manage your stress and take care of yourself according to predictable psychological needs.
Recognize what other people do, say, and show
Observing other people’s recognizable behavior reveals their preferences and the best way to approach them.
Adapt your communication style
Based on what you observe, you will know what to do and say to create a genuine connection. It really is more about how we say things that counts. PCM® helps unlock the code for more effective communication.
Build stronger relationships
With positive daily interactions at work, in meetings, video calls, presentations, social situations – and at home too.
How Does the Process Communication Model® (PCM®) Profile Assessment Work?
Online Profile Assessment
The PCM® Assessment consists of a series of questions that individuals respond to. These questions are designed to assess key aspects of personality and communication style based on the six personality types identified in PCM®: Thinker, Persister, Harmonizer, Rebel, Promoter, and Imaginer.
Upon completing the assessment, individuals receive a personalized profile report that outlines their dominant and secondary personality types, as well as their distress patterns and communication preferences. The profile report provides a detailed analysis of the individual’s unique personality structure, highlighting their unique perceptions, psychological needs, and predictable reactions to stress.
